Mobile Software Download Module using WURFL

What I'm looking to do is create a mobile software download page similar to: <[login to view URL]> - The SMS portion would send the download link via SMS using the HTTP Post API available through [login to view URL] (I already have an account with them, as well as a sample application you can use to speed up implementation) Unlike the fring page, we would also ask the user for their device model, which would indicate which download link we give them - The download to PC portion will not require the use of device graphics (not yet anyways), and the device list will be much smaller than the one on the fring site. - The WAP link portion would require the implemenation of WURFL, which would be able to see the device platform from the headers when the device connects to the site. based on this we would give them the correct file to download, or tell them the application is not compatible with their device. You won't need to do any design, all I need from you is the basics to get this running. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, MySQL, WURFL, Clickatell HTTP API
