I have a very active server with a large database, and I don't think our InnoDB database is configured correctly. I'm deathly afraid of losing any data, since it isn't backed up, and I am no mysql expert. I'd like someone with LOTS of mysql experience, to go in there and optimize our InnoDB tables to use the correct file size -- this is to fix the frequent crashes, and the errors "InnoDB: combined size of log files at least 10 times bigger..." errors that appear in the log. Additionally, I'd like you to set up an automated cron job that will back up the database, and upload it to s3 on a daily basis. Thanks
