I need a web page designer who can create a few great looking pages that announce and describe our new content feed service, and which also "sells" the idea to webmasters. I also need a few custom graphics for the content feed itself.
I need an eye-catching graphic for the top of our content feed. The web site is [url removed, login to view], and the small graphic at the top of the feed must be 150 pixels wide by 25 pixels high. It just needs to say "DailyCeleb" but it must be a high-impact, slick looking logo that will stick in a visitors mind and help us with branding. It does not necessarily have to mirror the logo on our current site, as we are trying to give the Dailyceleb content feed a separate "personality" from the [url removed, login to view] web site.
Secondly, I want a bigger logo to go at the top of the Content Feed Pages which have already been built. This larger version of the logo should be 60 pixels high by roughly 300 to 400 pixels wide.
Then, there are the sales-pitch pages. I would think about two or three pages, but I leave that up to you. These pages introduce our feed, explain why it is great and lead the visitor to sign-up. The pages must fully describe the features of the content feed, and must also display the two types of feed available so the subscriber can see what they are getting. After the sales pitch, there is a "terms of service" page they must agree to before moving onto the already-built sign-up form. I have the "Terms of Service" legal-ese I can provide you. I will also provide you with the two chunks of code to add our large and our small content feed to the pages you design. You'll need to display both feeds, and explain the advantages and differences so that potential subscribers can decide which is right for them.
I will also provide you with a description of what the content feed is, what is does, and how it works, as well as the points we feel are important in the sales pitch. I can also provide images from our on-line catalog for use in the pages (if you need them). Thumbnails of all our available images on on the site.
Once you get all of this stuff, I need you to come up with a few exciting, slick and persuasive pages which will hopefully lead the webmaster to sign up.

1) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
2) If you want to use any 3rd party royalty free images, just make absolutely certain that we have the right to display and use those images on our site for the purposes of generating commercial revenue.
I would prefer that these pages look great (of course) but be low-bandwidth friendly. I am not a huge fan of Flash graphics or animated GIFs. I would prefer that these pages be basic HTML, and be compatible with all browsers. My server is running Linux.
