.net Image Compression Script

I need a .net script that will upload images and create thumbnails of the images. The images need to be compressed when resized to thumbnails. The script should have options for me to change the path the images are saved to. I would like to also have the options of saving a description, path location of the images, and images size/height to a database. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Internet Explorer, IIS 5.0 ## Deadline information This is phase I of the project that I am working on. Once this phase is complete, I will open up the next phase.
