The NextGen Academy is a non-profit youth mentoring and leadership education group for high school graduates to dedicate a full year of their time to volunteer in their community. We plan and staff numerous camps and workshops for youth throughout the year, and keeping records of participants has become very time consuming and grueling. We are looking for a database driven camp signup website that saves family and participant contact information in a MySQL database, and allows for fast and easy camp registration. It would be accessed through a username & password, with a hierarchical system of users, moderators, and admins. I have a few templates we like, but we're not stuck on anything. The more features the better, but a basic system that could be upgradeable in the future is fine. fully scripted and commented would be greatly appreciated, if we need to make adjustments later. Being a new Non-Profit group, we can't offer much, but depending on how well you write it, we can offer up to $300, with a potential bonus of $50 for accessibility and stability. I have attached fairly detailed writeup of what we're looking for. Thank you!

It's on a linux server, so make sure you code case sensitive. IE 5+ & Firefox 1.5+, is most important
