I would like an Nintendo DS (NDS) homebrew application built using devkitPRO ([url removed, login to view]) to emulate the EuroTalk(TalkNow!) software. This should be a minimal and easy to build app. I would prefer if the bidder has at least used the NDS and has seen how games utilize screens as well as have used the EuroTalk(TalkNow!) software so you know what I am looking for. The NDS should utilize the stylus and allow the user to click on an image to match a word or play the sound. I know this to be a fairly elementary project, however this is out of my scope. I plan to release this to the open source/homebrew community. So a good deal would be appreciated. I will even give you credit for writing it if you wish. Since this software could theoretically be reused for any language it would be great to be able to throw .mp3 sound files in the same directory the .nds application is run. Then the application plays the sound when a click is detected and you just have to use a set filename. This will make it easier for the open source community to create "language packs". The same concept should use a .txt file in the same directory with a list of words and spellings for the set items. For example assuming English to Spanish translations: "key -> llave" "book -> libro" "weather -> tiempo" "one -> uno" "two -> dos" something to this effect one line/word. The idea is to create a working base for the open source community to worth with and modify. All code should be documented. Thanks!

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
This application should run on the Nintendo DS hardware via devkitPRO tools found at: http://www.devkitpro.org. Software should emulate EuroTalk's(Talk Now!) software as closely as possibly and have stylus functionality.
