I have an online shop hosted with GoDaddy and built using OSCommerce with a template. The site is live but is new and no sales have been made yet.
I have discovered a couple of problems with the site. When the customer puts an item into the cart they then have three choices...'update cart', 'continue shopping' or 'checkout'.
The 'Continue Shopping' Button sometimes just times out. GoDaddy tell me that this is due to a scripting error in the shopping cart.
Also the login page has a message saying that the visitors cart and the members cart will be merged after login. If this message is clicked the popup explanation is entitled 'Furniture Shop' which was part of the original template. This needs altering as the site is not a furniture shop... I would like to lose this text completely.
Finally I would like to add images from the site to my ebay listings. I can add images with a single word as the file name eg <[url removed, login to view]> but many of my image files have more than one word in the file name. Can you tell me how to link to these please? I've tried using a space, a hypen, an underscore and %20 but nothing works!!
Thank you for your interest in this job.
