The producers register on a seperate registration process. And they will actually now have to log-on to eventman & venueman pages. Since then we'll know who put up which event, they will have the option to edit/change and only see their own events/[url removed, login to view] we'll do is, just notify the event producer how many tickets have been booked that particular day. This will pretty much be just you logging in, pressing a button and going off. With that button it'll go through each producer and email them individually etc. I'll even try to automate this, but no guarantees there.
Also rather than introducing the closed status which is messy, I can sort that list so that unapproved upcoming events come to the top of the list. also I'll make it easier to spot an unapproved event without having to go into it, right from the list itself.
What we should store about producers:
Name of Development Manager,Event Organisation,Email,Phone,Website
Validation that has not been complete from first phase, should be done also. SO, forms should not lose data when navigating from/to other forms (eg from event to venue form), neither should it blank out when a user made an error in a field.
Mandatory fields should be represented with a red asterisk (*) and the screen should say "(* Indicates this field is mandatory)
Make Membership Page Neater (currently it is skewed to the right and it is hard to know what can be done on this page)
Remove Sorelli Promotion Links from all pages
Logout link should be available on every logged in page (possibly set at the template level)

have an option to allow administrator to add additional booking fee for certain shows. Administrator selects how much this fee is. If member wants to book this show, they get directed to paypal.
Allow multiple options of payment within paypal.
