php page required to copy an online doc file to own server and extract text data from the doc file.
The path to the doc file contains the current 'year' and the file name contains the current 'month' and 'date' ( ie. not static ).
The doc file must be copied to the sxTemp path ( located below the php file ), and all work must be done in that directory.
The data must be extracted from the doc file, all commas and periods from values in the data removed, and the data written to a text file of fixed length strings.
(15 chrs per field, except for Field2 which is 50 chrs long ).
Attached is a sample of the ( source ) doc file ( [url removed, login to view] ) and a sample of the final ( destination ) file layout ( [url removed, login to view] ), which also includes the coding logic required for conversion into php, to create the first 2 fields in the file. If the destination file exists before starting the process, the existing file must be deleted. All temp files used during the process must be deleted on completion, leaving only the source and destination files.
