Basically what I need is a website in which I can post links to. Nothing else, just links. It doesn't need to be particularly fancy, just a system in which one can post a link using a form (if you have an account, if not it needs to be approved) etc. Preferably the administrator would be able to make some changes as to how it works such as, turning on/off nonapproved submissions and such. Also having it work in a way so that the CSS can be changed and the style can be easily modified would be helpful. The design is not too much of an issue as I can handle that for the most part but if you wish to throw in some of your own design ideas that would be highly beneficial. It also needs to take the link and automatically decipher what is a link and not a link, meaning: if I type in "[url removed, login to view] rentacoder website" it will change [url removed, login to view] into a link and also abreviate it, the text along with it will just accompany the link in it's post. It needs to break up the links by the day at which they were posted and there needs to be some sort of tag system. It would be as follows: along with the link submission box there would be a form for tags that would be seperated by spaces that a user could define to describe their link. Then in the website there would be a link to a list of tags with links to each tag that would pull up those links organized in order of their day. Also a search option needs to be made so that one can search through all of the links. In summary each link must have: tags, a link/description (limited to a somewhat small amount of total characters with the link abreviated to 25 characters), and the name of the poster (or anonymous if it is a public poster, who had to be approved). I hope I have been clear enough. You may contact me if you wish to inquire more. There is another site extremely similar to the one I wish to build named [url removed, login to view] Please take a look at that if I am not being clear. Thank you!

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
A very basic webhost with Perl, PHP, etc. There should be almost no limitations server-side. It also has MySQL if that is needed. Preferably it would work with all browsers, I can't see why not but as long as it works with Opera and Firefox all is well.
