I have already created the table for this webpage, it has the following fields:
the url of the page to be created will be: [url removed, login to view]
Where the page will recognise #1# as the visitor and #2# as the visitors referrer.
When the page is loaded it should first put at the top of the page the 'name' of the visitors referrer and then the 'name' of the visitor using the database table that I have already created.
The page should look like the page I have created at <[url removed, login to view]>
You will note from this tht there is a form that can be filled in where the visiot can give upto 10 names and email addresses of his/her friends.
When the submit button is clicked all the friends that have been entered in the form will have records created in the table as follows:
The 'ID' is set on auto_increment.
The 'referrer' will be the the ID of the visitor who filled in the form.
The 'name' will be the name entered on the form for the relevant friend
The 'email' will be the email entered on the form for the relevant friend
The 'dt' will be the current date and time
A record will be created for each friend filled in on the form.
If the visitor only fills in one friend they will be prompted that they must fill in atleast two friends.
Once the records have been created in the database an email must be sent to each of the friends added.
The subject of the email should be 'Test Email' and the email should appear to come from the visitor's email who filled in the form.
The email should say the following
Hi, #name# sent you this email, please goto [url removed, login to view]
Where #name# is the 'name' of the visitor, #1# is the 'ID' of the friend, and #2# is the 'ID' of the visitor
