I need a PHP/MySQL coder to code a website. I have several .html pages up on the site that explain most of what I need in Part 1 of this project. You can find the site at http://www.privatelinksales.com. I'm sure there are a few questions that you will have for me for Part 1 of this project...and I will be glad to answer them. However, the person that I am looking for should be able to look at the .html pages that are currently up and get a real good sense of what the site is trying to do and how it will flow. Part 1 of this project will include doing everything currently on the site up to the point of the 'Buy This Link' buttons. That will be Part 2. If the coder does a good job at a good price and on time, I will probably hire them for Parts 2 and 3. The winning coder will be given access to my site via FTP and to the control panel to do any DB work (or whatever else is necessary to do there). Speaking of the database...It should be normalized, foreign keyed and indexed properly. Hopefully this site will receive heavy traffic at some point, so I think stored procedures are the way to go for database calls. We can discuss this, tho.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
