Ping Tree

PING TREE FOR LEAD DISTRIBUTION:

We use affiliates to create leads and drive traffic to our specialty sites (for instance, mortgage or credit card).

We ask visitors to complete a form to receive additional information from our client (mortgage broker or credit card issuer). That data is sent to our server.

The data is automatically entered into our database and sent to our client for further action.

Different clients (from the same industry, in competition for the same leads) may have different requirements for what data they need and how much they will pay for it.

For example, if client A requires only the name and phone number of a prospect, he may only be willing to pay one dollar.

Client B may require the name, address, and phone number of a prospect and may be willing to pay two dollars.

Currently, we have no way to separate different sets of lead data by what information they contain, or by how much our different clients are willing to pay.

We require a ping tree to carry this out. The ping tree must accommodate a multi-tier price structure and be able to send leads to our clients based on their lead requirements and on their bids.

If the lead is not accepted by any of our clients (for any reason), it must be refused by our system and the affiliate that sent the lead must be notified of the refusal. All of this has to be automatic.

The ping tree must be capable of storing the data for further analysis and historical purposes, and must provide reporting functionality. Our current system already has this facility.

The program must be compatible with our current web-based backend program (asp.net and MySQL) so they will work together seamlessly.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
