2 Public Submission Pages for 2 PHP/mySQL Web APPs

I have 2 PHP/mySQL web app app that I need public submission pages that pay by PayPal created. They both have a PHP/mySQL backend add/edit/delete admin page.

One is a SEO Tools list page.

The other is a Web Directory list page.

Th SEO Tools submission page is completed except for a few changes that need to be done.

On the [url removed, login to view] list you will see #2 is near done but has a few items that need to be fixed. #3 on the [url removed, login to view] list has not been started.

This is the page that for the most part is completed.

I need to have a [url removed, login to view] working with [url removed, login to view] so that I can get development work done on that page and leave the [url removed, login to view] page live.

The pages will need to work in current versions of FF and IE and be XHTML 1.0 strict w3c verified.

The code will be in PHP and the backend db is mySQL.

I have lots of projects that need to be done so any one that completes this project will be given high priority for following items on this page.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
