I have a programm written in eVC 3.0 for a hand held running on Windows CE 3.0. It runs a data collection application which uploads the collected data to to a server via WinSock/TCP/IP. Currently the user has to open a RAS connection manually. So, what I need is to be able to do this directly with the code, which I am looking for. To be crisp: Simply, the application has to have the functionality to open/close the RAS connection, by passing the user name and password available on the client...lets say in a file or registry.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
