My small real estate company (under 15 agents) has approximately 100 real estate signs, 35 lockboxes, 15 flyer boxes that mount to the signs. I need a database that keeps track of where (what property address) each of these items have been taken, which agent took it there, when it was placed on the property and when it was returned to the office. I need to be able to attach a status to each item ("available", "missing" and "lost").
Signs are labeled S001 to S100
Lockboxes are LB01 to LB35
Flyer boxes are FB01 to FB15
Agents are identified by three initials
Properties are identified by number, direction initial, street name, street descriptor, unit number, city
I need to be able to print out reports regarding these items - a list of where the items are currently located (sorted by sign, property address, agent) a historical list of each piece of equipment, indicating dates, location, and agent.
This database needs to be kept on one computer but can be accessed by 3 other computers on an XP peer to peer network. All computers have Microsoft Office 2003.
