We'd like some help with a modest redesign of the home page of our document collaboration site, Approver.com. See the attached file for a list of the specific things we need to get done. I'd like to approach this iteratively, with an interim deliverable comprised of one or more mockups followed by an HTML-ized version of the new home page design that one of our coders could then integrate into our site.
## Deliverables
1) Web design mockup(s) and HTML page(s) conforming to generally-accepted coding standards and compatible across major current browser types and operating systems (specifically, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Macintosh, Internet Explorer 6.x and 7, and Firefox 2).
2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
HTML/CSS/JavaScript. The ultimate form that this will take is an ASP.NET 2.0 master page and theme, but if you're not proficient in creating ASP.NET 2.0 themes that's no problem. (If you are, though, let us know since that will help.)
