I am trying to resell icecream called Mochi. It's a small ball of icecream wrapped in sweetened rice flour. You can eat it with your hands ([url removed, login to view]). My issue has been finding an AFFORDABLE solution for wrappers. I want to sell these individually. The only quote we got was from The Unger Company. They wanted a setup fee of $290 per flavor (6), which would total $1,740. In addition, they have a 70,000 piece minimum order at .062 cents each. So that would be $4,340 plus the above mentioned setup fee for a grand total of $6,080. I don't have a warehouse to store that amount of wrappers, nor do I have the finances to pay for it. I need you to search the internet for FDA approved freezer safe wrappers and make phone calls if necessary to confirm they meet my needs. The project would be considered a success if you find wrappers for sale that meet this criteria: 1-Able to inexpensively put the name of the flavor on the front and the nutritional information on the back. 2-Total price of first order in the hundreds, not thousands. 3-No huge orders needed so shipping costs isn't an issue The size details are in the attached quote. Also attached is what the manufactur's wrappers look like. He gets them in bulk and I need to have my company information on the wrappers since I'm reselling it under my company name. BTW, Uline said that they couldn't help with this request. Good places to start looking is by contacting the big icecream bar companies and find out who does theirs.
