RSS News Feeds Needed

I need RSS news feeds for a soccer web site. The site will be hosted on a Linux server that supports PHP, Perl and Python. The feeds will be for various countries/leagues in Europe (not more than 10) and USA (1). In addition to that I would like to have a general general news feed of some of the major soccer events for that day. The news feeds must work and be displayed on the web site (HTML format) and should update itself automatically. The general news feed should also be available on our site for people who wants to insert that feed on their own site (done in java script). There should be at least 20-25 news headlines for each category. There are a few additional details that will only be realeased to qualified bidders. **Please Note Before Bidding! ** I don´t have a RSS reader nor the news feeds. The winning party has to provide with the reader and find all the news sources I need for this project. Basically, I have nothing setup! The coder I hire will be asked to work together with the development team for this project. This could require some time and help on your part even after the project is done. Just have to make sure that the pieces fit together. I hope that is not a problem. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should work on all browser types and Operating Systmes.
