Ruby on Rails Project (FeedVault)

Thesis: The idea behind Feed Vault is simple, a free place for users to upload their OPML files. Why? For safekeeping and to possibly share with other users. Construct: The tool should utilize the Big in Japan login tables. The tool should have the same look and feel as the Big in Japan tools. Frontpage should include area for quick upload ??" i.e. browse for your OPML on your harddrive and upload; it should also have a listing of recently uploaded OPMLs (assuming the users make it public): it should also have a search field that allows for searching of OPML files; it should have a link to a page of all OPML files with the ability to sort by author, date, tags and so on. Others (i.e. someone other than the owner) should be able to add tags to the OPML and rate it using the hReview [url removed, login to view] standard. Once a user has browsed their hard drive for the OPML and uploaded the user should be asked to make it public or private. If it is a new OPML the user should be asked to create all of the entries required by the system ??" i.e. title, author, date, description, tags and so on. (we will provide CSS, xhtml and wireframe)
