For this project, I don't need any code to be written for me. I have a question related to creating objects in ASP.NET. I used to write in Java, so I am generally familiar with OOP, just not .NET.
Let's say I want to create this class:
public int Sum(int x, int y)
return x + y;
Would this code go into a *.cs file (I'm using C#)??? Do I have to put it into the App_Code directory so it can get compiled? I know in my .aspx file I have to instantiate the object, right?:
Math objMath = new Math();
[url removed, login to view](objMath(2, 2));
Is there anything else I have to do?
Also, I am not using Visual Studio - don't have it. All I have is a text editor (Visual Web Developer Express).
