This is a very straightforward ad design that needs to be completed in the next 12 hours. The project is to design an ad that is based on the following specs: AD SIZE: 1/2 page horizontal 7.625" x 4.78" Specifications for PDF Files Magazine prefers that ads be submitted as press-optimized PDF files, distilled using Adobe Acrobat Distiller. Some software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, can “save as PDF?? from within the software, BUT PLEASE DO NOT CREATE PDF FILES THIS WAY. Instead, save your ad file as an eps file, then run the eps file through Acrobat Distiller, choosing the “press-optimized?? or “PDF/X-1A?? option. Other page layout software may require that you “print the file to disk?? as a postscript file, then run the file through Acrobat Distiller to create a press-optimized PDF file. While PDF files can be size-efficient, they must also be produced correctly in order to print correctly. If submitting PDF files, please ensure that: • your PDF is press optimized • your PDF contains only high-resolution images (300 dpi when the image is at 100% of the reproduction size) Low resolution images downloaded from the internet (72 or 96 dpi) cannot be used. • your PDF contains only CMYK images (RGB images cannot be used) • your PDF has fonts embedded I need this right away and for someone with print design experience, this should really be easy. I have even provided a rough concept on layout. Please only bid if you have print experience and can get this done - and done well, in the next 12 hours.
