Hello all, I have been working on a very large web project and now I want to build a very small website for personal but eventually commercialize it. The project could be built in RoR or PHP. The functionality is a login system, and a way to add 'transactions' that have an amount, location, and date + time stamp. The app will display the totals for a few different totals. Think Twitter for spending. The app is very small, there will not be feature creep and should be a less than 10 hours of work.
