Speech Recognition Website for Mobile
We need to build a knock off of: <[url removed, login to view]>
Email/Speech Recognition Dialing
A Mobile Phone User will dial up to a number, from there they will be able to read or send email using speech recognition software.
They will need to send or receive email from:
Our server should ping the email account every 5 minutes and pull down any new mail, then send SMS (Clickatell)or VOIP call to User. The software will need to tabulate how many SMS/Calls are sent to User as they will be charged per SMS/Call.
The Website should have functionality to enter a Contact List or pull down the Contact List from the current email provider.
Any other ideas you may have will be entertained. This will be targeted towards business Users and Kids who want to check email while driving or that don't have a data connection.
This must be completed in no more than 30 days.
You must be willing to sign a long-term software management agreement for improvements and updates.
All software must be fully documented prior to payment.
You will deliver source code after payment.
Payment will be made into an Escrow Account and released after debugging.
We are on a tight schedule and need to release this "NO LATER" than 60 days or by August 30th.
After I see your qualifications, we will arrange a time for Skype and Desktop Sharing to discuss things further.
