_**1. Write a PL/SQL subprogram that takes the old and new values of the zip code as user input and performs an update of zip code values in the mail-order database “[url removed, login to view]? “see the attachment?? (you don’t need to create the tables and populate the records from within your program. You should create the tables and populate the records manually.) Note that zip code values appear in three different tables: ZIPCODES, CUSTOMERS and EMPLOYEES. Note also the foreign key referential integrities on zip code. You can assume that a given zip code is always mapped to exactly one city. However, the program should handle special situations such as when the zip code to be changed does not exist in the database. In such cases, an appropriate message should be printed. Further, the program should always maintain the integrity of the underlying database. <P align=left>**Note that you should not create temporary tables to accomplish the task. You cannot use cascade updates/deletes nor triggers!** <P align=left>**The table names, columns, and the data types should be the same as what is defined in the create_mail.sql.** <P align=left>You should wrap your subprogram within an anonymous PL/SQL block.
