Subscription renewal system
A database will be made available for testing.
Each of our clients can activate this module by providing following data:Start renewal process (example: 4 weeks before "end_date", the "end_date" is in our (MySQL) database.
Repeat date 1, 2, 3
Subscriptions and prices (from database or manually entered)
Once every day the application checks the database for "end_dates" scope of the renewal routine. If so, retrieve: lastname, addition, firstname, subscription name, end_date, e-mail. APPEND]
2a Send e-mail to end user (your subscription will end [end_date] renew now.
2b Reminder to anyone who did not respond to first e-mail
Same. Append list (of users mailed)
2c Reminder to anyone who did not respond to second e-mail
You subscription will expire in 3 days, renew now. [APPEND]
3. RENEWAL (via link in e-mails)
Display current subscription info (type and end date) subscription options
make a choice (renew change) . APPEND
After making a choice (renew or other) the end user must indicate how he wants to pay. Options 1) with my next reservation, 2) now with CC, 3)now with Ideal, 4) monthly installments.

Option 3>>Ideal payment procedure (Ideal is a system of Dutch banks. A client is led to the bank’s website, arranges the payment after which the Bank signals "paid".

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
