Need: I am creating a website that requires users to be able to setup user accounts (subscriptions) on two levels. One subscription is a month-to-month account for a small fee, and the other subscription is a yearly account for a larger fee. Requirements: (1) I need help developing the database to track user information (monthly or yearly accounts) (2) I want users to get an email 1 week before their account expires asking them to renew or upgrade (if it's a monthly account). I want yearly subscribers to get an email 1 month prior to their subscription ending. (3) I need the database to track all of the user account information except the credit card info. (4) I need the user information accessible so that I can send an email newsletter monthly to our customer base. I have a merchant account and [login to view URL] integration forms tested and ready to implement for credit card payments for subscriptions. They just need to be intergrated into the process. I need technical guidance on the database. Will a MySQL database be sufficient or is something else better? My hosting provider allows up to a 100 MB MySql DB. My web server supports the following scripts (Perl, Python, PHP3 - 5). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
