Template Tweaking / Layout Adjustment

I have a new website already set up... initially. It is based on a Mambo -or actually the new _Joomla_- type Content Management System. I had my regular guy basically set up an existing template for the site -- that we've used in the past -- and put in the names I want on the tabs and icons present. He did all that you see out there now. Then I paid another programmer to slim down the size of the tabs. He was going to do the other things I specified in the Spec, but since he got his money upfront, he's been AWOL ever since. I need these adjustments made quickly and inexpensively - so that I can then move on to the more complicated and programmatic changes of adding in existing scripts. These are PHP Scripts that I will purchase and have your install in Phase II of this project -- under separate bid/quote. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
