tracking status parser: UPS

I will be selected two coders/bidders. Both of you will do the same job, and both of you will check each others work. This guarantees completion and testing from another developer. I will LOOP through all the tracking numbers and call that function, and that function (yours) will return all known information about the tracking number (in English) To recap, you are writing a single function, into which HTML data is passed, out of which you will return a single array, with the tracking number as the KEY, with subkeys of all the information about the tracking number. The var_dump($Results) should output this (but with real values, one entry per tracking number, with tracking number as the array key.
