We would like to design the following custom mod for vBulletin: 1. Tournament is held by each league. League is entered by admin and not chosen from a predefined set. League has no logo or other information associated with it except the name. 2. Each fixture will consist of: Current Tournament TeamA TeamB Date and Time of Game 3. The admin may enter 12 fixtures at any time. 4. The end user must be logged in to vbulletin to enter a prediction. 5. Predictions entered once cannot be changed either by the admin or by the end user. 6. The user can enter his prediction up to game time. Once the game has started, predictions are not allowed. 7. The user can only enter one prediction. 8. A user shall have their individual score card, which displays: 1. Fixture 2. Prediction 3. Time of Prediction 4. Actual Game Result 5. Points 9. A correct result and score shall give the user 2 points. No other points are given. 10. The results table shall show the following: 1. Top 20 users consisting of: 1. User Name, which is linked to their individual score card. 2. Total points 2. The current logged in user's position and points. 11. The admin will login and enter the final score for the game. The admin may later edit the final score. 12. Upon final score submission, the system will calculate the points for the tournament. 13. Prediction submission shall be implemented using ajax or similar technology. 14. The entire front end interface of the tournament is in Arabic, using UTF-8. 15. Backend administration is integrated with vbulletin administration.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
