Very simple quick little php type program

This is a very simple system I need made. I will install it to the server so I will need instructions to do it. I know a project like this can easily be done in a few hours. This is the main purpose of the program is to track where signups are coming from. I give someone a special URL to send their traffic to perhaps it will be [login to view URL] (it doesn’t matter what the url is, just as long as it works) Then when it goes to that page, it will write a cookie that says “1?? and redirect to my signup page [login to view URL] When the person fills out all of the information on the signup page and clicks submit the next page says “thank you for submitting your profile, we will review it shortly?? on that page, a script will load that checks for the cookie “1?? and if there is a cookie for “1?? it will record it in my log. This will be a simple tracking system. Nothing complicated and something that simple. A way where I can easily give out different tracking #’s to see what sites are sending the most signups. I will need an admin system where I can add new tracking codes, as well as a page that will show results. The page that shows the results will be different from the page where I can add new tracking id’s to. The results page will show how many hits, how many signups. This should all be text based if possible, it doesn’t need to be database driven. In fact, I want it to be extremely simple and fast. Nothing complex. Just a very basic page. I need this done tonight within 5 hours of you accepting this job. No excuses. If you can’t have this done within 5 hours don’t bid. Anyone who knows what they are doing should have this done in 15-20 minutes. This doesn’t need to look good, it just needs to work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform simple program
