Very Simple Support/Help Desk Script

I need to generate a very simple support/help desk system for my company. I have put together the basic page layouts and I need someone to add php to the pages and a mysql database to make this work. You may also need to make a few other php pages that I have not listed. I will try to be as complete in my description as possible. Here is basically what needs to happen: 1. A client goes to my support help page at: [url removed, login to view] 2. On that page, you can see where the client can fill out a form to ask for help. 3. The information from the form is stored in a MySQL database along with the clients IP address, the date that the client sent the message, a random 10 digit ticket number, and the message is tagged as new. 4. An email is sent to the client letting them know we have received their support request. You can view the email message sent at: [url removed, login to view] Admin Back Office: 1. There is a login page for the admin to view the message. A sample page is at: [url removed, login to view] 2. Once the admin logs-in, he is taken to the admin homepage at: [url removed, login to view] 3. On the homepage, the admin has the choice to view the new messages or view the answered messages. He is also shown how many new massages there are. ***I will continue description in the deliverables sections.

## Deliverables

View New Messages: 1. The admin clicks on the View/Search New Messages link and is moved to the New Messages Page: [url removed, login to view] On this page the admin has the ability to view all the messages that have not been answered. The messages are listed by date, ticket number, importance, and message subject. The oldest message is displayed first. 2. The admin has the ability to view a specific message by clicking on the subject of the message. Once Clicked, the admin moves to the View New Message Page: [url removed, login to view] 3. On the View New Message Page, the admin views all the information submitted and also has the ability to respond to the message or delete the message. 4. Once the “Reply to Message?? button is pressed an email is sent to the client with the answer to their question. A sample email can be found at: [url removed, login to view] 5. Also, the message is now tagged as answered and is removed from the new message view page. View Answered Messages: 1. The admin can click on the View/Search Answered Messages link on the admin homepage to view all the answered messages: [url removed, login to view] 2. The admin is now able to view and/or search answered messages. 3. The admin can view an answered message by clicking the subject of the message. The admin would then get sent to the View Answered Message Page: [url removed, login to view] This page displays the original message from the client and the answer that was given to the client. It also has a delete message link. 4. Messages older then 45 days from the date they were answered are automatically deleted from the database. I assume the MySQL database would have the following fields: status = New or Answered firstname lastname username email phone importance ip date_message_left date_message_reply subject message reply ticket Please feel free to ask any questions. You would need to supply me with a working copy of the php pages. Please incorporate the php into the pages that I have already created. This program should work with PHP 4.X.X and higher 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
