On my website I have a bunch of screencast recordings which are quite popular. I am doing the screen recordings myself and I am certainly no "voice talent" or actor.
I would like to find a partner who could do voice-overs on a regular basis with high quality.
Source information will be the screencasts like the following:

a, Better voice quality
b, Less noise
c, Fewer hesitations
d, More positive and happy tone of voice
e, Perfect English
f, Less grammar mistakes
g, More elequent
I think the speaker needs to have a rudimentary understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel, but if he/she can fake it that is fine too :-)
1) 1 audio recording in wav-format with very clear sound quality and small size. Don't know the exact bit rates but as small as possible while maintaining good spoken audio sound.
2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
3) This bid is for making one voice-over wav-file of the 2 minute 54 seconds Customize Views demonstration as linked above.
