I require a web based (accessed from the internet) accounting, stock control, stock ptrocessing and customer order application which will allow me to manage my stock and have a shopping cart function for my customers to place orders online. The shopping cart is not required for credit card payments. It will send an email to 2 predefined email adresses listed in the 'settings AND another email to the customer. Administrators have the ability to place orders on customer accounts. To use the system, users are required to log in using a username and password the administrator created for them on the system. The administrator can limit the functionality of each user he creates. The administrator can create users (e.g. - power user) who he allows to have access to certain some/all 'standard' user accounts. An interface is used by the administrator to load new suppliers and their details in to the system A similar interface is used to load different stock items into the system with the option to load a jpg for each stock item. All stock received from suppliers is entered into the system by the administrator from a 'stock purchase interface' where preloaded suppliers and stock items can be selected. Minimum order level function is required so that when stock reaches a certain level as listed when loading new stock items, an automated email is sent to all the administrator users. The application will require approximately: 5 databases 12 screens 12 reports Style sheets will be designed and provided by me.
