Web PageSite Redesign

Mortgage business web site (no more than 10 similar web pages) would require redesign, to give it a better look and snazzier image. The redesign would also include setting up a scrolling stream of information and/or other interactive features. The web site design could be changed in any form desired by the designer, as long as the content remains substantially the same. The designer could later use the web site as an example of his/her work. Please do not hesitate to ask questions and/or show your previous work and programs/features used.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
