I'm looking for a webmaster to manage a number of small sites. They would be responsible for making changes to the sites, uploading pages and files and ensuring the sites are functioning correctly.
as a minimum, experience in or with clickbank, paypal, plesk, cpanel, adtrackz, autoresponder plus, MySql, frontpage, Joomla, Amember, P.H.P., One Shopping Cart, and Flash is required.
The sites are currently functioning and it would most likely be a few hours per week of straight forward work.
A confidentially agreement is required, as well as the normal forms.
You must be someone who is also able to install scripts and make simple to complicated changes / updates on our sites when needed such as updating tele-phone numbers on our sites, changing prices, headlines, site text, etc as needed.
I am only looking for someone who is easily reachable and a great communicator.
Must be available by phone (other countries o.k.), skype, and other IM service as well as email.

The job pays $10.00 per hour
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
