I will attach both a png and psd file of the Photoshop Mockup. You will need to slice the image and create an HTML page that is identical to the png file. The exception is that the login section on the top righ corner should be vertically aligned with the US Family Tree logo so that the logo and the login section are at the top margin of the page. The HTML is to be tableless and rely solely on and tags. The styling should use css and all image and css files should be in separate folders. The main div (the white space div) should expand with browser expansion, but the content box with a black border should remain a fixed width. The site needs to be completely liquid. The page should have a minimum width of 800px. All of the background colors should be changeable via CSS and should not be handled with background images. The text should not be images either.
