I'm looking for you to design & build a Web 2.0 classifieds system for buying/selling websites. Additionally, I would like to fill the site with content by automatically aggregating 3rd party content and then linking to the sites (similar to what Indeed does for jobs or Kayak for travel). I think it makes sense to leverage someone else's codebase by starting with a commercial classifieds script like mojoscripts, php classifieds, fusion zone, etc. My hope is this will do two things 1) speed development by not having to rebuild basic features 2) enable a differentiated experience by focusing on the aggregation of 3rd party content and a highly intuitive UI. That means, part of the project will be to analyze which script makes the most sense to start with and make a recommendation. The site will make money by selling upgraded listings (for those that submit directly to the site) and with sponsored links (adsense and text link ads--see indeed). Sites to scrape: sitepoint marketplace, bizbuysell, ebay websites/businesses for sale, digital point website forums, sedo, and dnforum sites for sale forum. User Interface: RIA/web 2.0. Similar to Kayak. Deliverables: 3 rounds of creative review of all key pages to get the user experience right. Agreed upon functional specs Coded to work on IE6/7, FF1/2, Safari Installed on my servers (hostmonster) 90 warrantee for bugs, fast followers OPTION: if coding is your forte, but not highly intuitive and dynamic UI design, I can outsource the design component myself and just have you implement the UI from mockups and specs. Please note if this is the case in your bid. Timing: 60 days
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
I use HostMonster as my host.
