I need a clone of this website: www.socialhour.com. I want the site to look similar to this but with enough changes that it is not a direct copy. This means a substantial amount of redesign. This will also inlcude developing a logo and several unique images. Here are a list of changes: Change to the front page: Please remove the tabs for 'Blog' and change 'Product' to 'SocialProton TechnologyTM' and add a 'Contact' tab. Please remove the address from the top of the page Please remove the 'need an account? sign up here!' Change the graphics for the Advertiser and Publisher tabs and boxes so that it looks different. Get rid of all the text in the blue area where it says: IntelliserveTM Technology: The Next Step Get rid of all the partner logos. For the Advertiser and Publisher pages please remove the testimonials and simply extend the text boxes to fill that area. The website work does not include any backend coding (no databases or login systems etc - just design) Please IM me on AIM: trevorsfca to ask any questions you have.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
