Website Improvements (to work in firefox)

I have a web page that works in internet explorer but doesnt work in firefox there are a number of improvements including resizing a auto scroller, making the background of text blue, which I have tried to do I just need to make a couple more mm blue on the right side so that there is a kind of border around the picture and text. improving the placement of a sub menu in firefox its placement in internet explorer is perfect making the web page work in firefox. showing me how to update an auto scroller. very simple stuff for people who really know html. I have included an aid.
