I want to redesign the company website and I need a good designer to design the home page.

As you can see, we are a web design company.
We design great websites for our clients but when it comes to our website, we cannot design something that we like.
We need only a PSD home page for the website. No coding, no subpages, just one page.
We will code the page in xhtml.
NOTE: the new website should have a WEB 2.0 look. Other styles not acceptable.
You can see web 2.0 templates here. Do not copy any of them. Use them for inspiration.
Also, do not use dark colors for background.
You don't have to use the logo or the color scheme.
If you want to design a new logo, that's ok with us. If we like it, we will pay extra.
Use the site map you see there. You can also use a left navigation.
I'm not interested in seeing portfolios.
I want to see mock-ups. You can watermark them, no problem with that.
The best will win.
The PSD file should contain separate layers for each element.
Make sure you use regular fonts for the navigation and headlines.
A good job may lead to other projects.
Thank you and good luck.
