Create a webtop publishing application for an e-commerce website with a fully interactive interface that is integrated into a CMS to have both a user application and administrative module. The user interface for designing will provide a real time interactive graphical experience that can be found on [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc... The application must be able to operate like software, in the creation, editing, saving of designs. Finished documents created within the application must be capable of generating high resolution / scalable graphics for printing specifications both for spot color and CMYK applications. Document workspace, fonts, shapes, images, etc… must exactly represent the final product. It also needs to be data driven, so relevant data is stored and managed within a database so that all business functions, present and future, can be managed. Multi-tiered access must be enabled to allow for variant workflows both from front and back ends. Acceptable bids must include a highly detailed proposal that specifies your project management methodology, technologies used, asset allocations and itemized costs. If selected, your proposal will be the basis for which we structure all completion timelines. Deliverables should be made available prior to or at the deadline. Daily progress reporting and task completion lists are to be expected.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
