window website

I need to create a new website that will contain all the information from three current sites written in php with a mysql database. All design will be done by me and supplied to you in psd files (or any other format you prefer). I would also like to have a user interface created so the client can do product updates and additions on his own. Current product line is attached in an excel file for budgeting purposes. Each product page will contain: text info and product photo, portfolio photo thumbnails with links to larger versions, pdf for downloading, spec sheet for downloading, series of feature icons. I would like there to be a search capability for text from the product info as well as the feature icons. See current sites at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working web site, database and interface as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The web site will be hosted on a windows nt or a linux server - client hasn't decided yet. It must be written in php with a mysql database. Some minor flash elements may be necessary, but we may do that on our end and supply to you. I will supply you with psd layed files for layout.
