WP to Word Conversion Utility

Small utility that allows me to convert files in Wordperfect 5.1 format to Word 2000.
I would like to retain the Dos tree directory structure as a folder format if possible, but that feature is not necessary.
I would like to drop all formating and install formatting for Times New Roman, 12 Point, Left margin Justify if possible.
I have approximately 150 small files in roughly a dozen directories to convert.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
