Need modifications to an existing website ([url removed, login to view]). Changes needed are: (1) New layout for home page to include promotions for two books (currently displays only one book). Image conversion of PDF to JPG also needed for new book cover. (2) Re-design of the graphic header banner using Photoshop. Current banner is a imagemap on a JPG, Photoshop file will be provided. New header should look the same, but have different text and links. Note that the current look (colors and background graphics) of the site should NOT change, only layout of the text and graphics and addition of new text and graphics. Website will be provided as a zip file, with all HTML and graphics included. Developer will work collaboratively with site owner to determine the new content and layout on the home page, and will deliver new website back to owner as a zip file. It would be highly preferable if developer has a web site that can be used to post the HTML pages temporarily so the site owner can view progress, rather than having to receive a zip file for each change made.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
