I can make a marquee just like that but instead of the text being static I can make it get the text from a .txt file making it very easy to edit. it will take me less than a day, i will give you all files, i can install it on the site as well if needed. the webpage wont let me make my bid lower than thirty but i will do it all for $25, i am ready to do it immedatly
