Audio Analysis Tool for Public Speakers

I want to work with individual designers--- not firms or project managers. You must speak perfect English and be based in the US or UK. Do not bid if you don’t meet those requirements. They way one speaks is vital to their credibility, but one canonly perceive with their mind how speech sounds. This project is to create a toolthat reads audio files of people talking-- yourself, your friends, famouspeople, presentations that are freely available.? It counts how many ums, ahs, likes, you know,and other words.? After reading the audio file, the tool will gatherquantities of trigger words spoke and produce a quality report grading theirspeech. ?
