Bulk Website Development

We are looking for potential suppliers with capability to pump out volumes of websites. We will place orders of at least 1 site per week and it could be upto 4 sites per week. We will have to make a yearly contract. At this stage, please assume to quantity to be 200 units per year. The work will involve the following steps: 1. Submission of a Template based design to the client. 2. Approval from the client. 3. Turn around time of Development to be 24-48 hours. 4. QA - error fixing 5. Delivery with documentation and delivery kit. 6. 5 Hours allocated to post delivery support free of charge (during first 3 months of delivery). We require options in your quote the options for the site to be either Joomla or Drupal based or to be simple. All these will be simple static sites that we will be selling with our hosting packages for small business start ups. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All free and open source tools.
