If you have programming experience and want to help with coding and checking of scripts thats a plus BUT IN NO WAY NECESSARY! I am looking for design work only, if you have a programming background and can help with pulling the profiles from the other site to create the database this will be a plus when im choosing a bidder and, will accept a higher bid! I will be checking portfolios to look for similar work or you may provide a mockup if you want!
