We require an excellent Macromedia Flash developer to create approximately a 20 second animation showing how our floorboard filling product inserts into floorboards to exclude draughts.
We have some existing vector graphics created in Adobe Illustrator, but the coder will need to work closely with the Project Manager for this product, and will need to provide revisions of the animation which we can look at and evaluate between our marketing team.
The final animation should be provided to us in both SWF and FLA format, and the copyright and intellectual property rights should be held by our company.
The coder will need to provide examples of previous work carried out in Flash, ideally within the advertising sector.
We are looking for a professional class animation, that will enhance our website and provide our customers with a sharp visual indication of what our product does, and how it is fitted.
Full brief and graphics will be provided to the chosen coder.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. SWF and FLA must be provided, whilst Safelincs retain any copyright and intellectual property rights.

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
The SWF will need to run on all browsers, and where the client browser does not have the Flash plugin, an alternative image should be displayed and also a link to download the appropriate player from the correct website.
